Danny Gans, the legendary singer, comedian and entertainer, passed away in his sleep early Friday morning at his Nevada home. He was 52. The cause of his death is yet to be revealed and still unknown. He is survived by his wife, Julie, and three children, Emily, Amy and Andrew.
Danny Gans was renowned for his George Burns’ impressions. He was a great performer and a true talent. He had an amazing voice and show. Danny Gans started in 1996 with a short three-month stint at Stratosphere Hotel. This gig sparked an amazing run which saw Danny Gans perform at the Encore Theater at Steve Wynn’s Wynn Las Vegas Hotel as well as the Mirage Hotel. The Las Vegas legend was voted Las Vegas “Entertainer of the Year” for 11 consecutive years and is believed to have sold more show-tickets than Elvis Presley or the Rat Pack.
Today, those who knew him mourn the loss of a great entertainer as well as a wonderful human being and a true family-man. Despite being a legend in Las Vegas, he still had the kindest and most humble of hearts. His amazing talent ensured good, clean and first quality entertainment for families to enjoy.
Our deepest condolences. May his soul rest in peace.

My heart goes out to his family and especially his children. I just watched him on “Larry King” live show the other day and he looked fantastic. This is a tragic lost for everyone who ever saw him or new him personally. He was a fantastic entertainer and you can tell he had the best interest of fans when it came to show pricing etc.
I am so incredibly shocked by this news and will continue to pray for his family.
God Bless Danny Gans..

Danny Gans will be missed! A living legend who has been called to serve god before his time. We know that Danny Gans was a very genuine man, compassionate, caring and honest has touch ed many lives during his short time with us. We were truly honored to know Danny and be touched by his kindness.
We will never forget Danny Gans!
MY WIFE AND I FIRST SAW DANNY IN 1992 AT THE GEORGIA DOME IN ATLANTA. HE WAS A FEATURED SPEAKER AND PERFORMER FOR THE CONVENTION WE WERE ATTENDING. WE WERE TAKEN BACK BY HIS TALENT. THEREFORE. EVERY YEAR WHEN WE VISITED LAS VEGAS, WE HAD TO SEE HIS SHOW. WE SAW MANY SHOWS OVER THE YEARS OF MANY ACTS AND PERFORMERS. THERE WAS NEVER A BETTER SHOW FOR THE MONEY. LIKE MANY OF OUR HEROS OF OLD, HIS TALENT AND DEDICATION TO HIS CRAFT WILL NEVER BE DUPLICATED. WE NEVER MET HIM UP CLOSE. HOWEVER WHEN WE READ THE NEWS OF HIS DEATH, MY WIFE AND I TEARED UP AS IF HE WAS A LOVED FAMILY MEMBER. THE SADNESS OF HIS DEATH WILL SOON BE FORGOTTEN, BUT HIS ACT, SMILE AND TALENT WILL LIVE LONG IN OUR HEARTS. OUR BEST WISHES TO HIS FAMILY IS THIS TIME OF GRIEF AND MAY HIS SPIRIT LIVE EVER LASTING.
